Mental Health Awareness Week: Nature is Key

Mental health awareness week 9-15th October. The theme this year is “nature is key” and no better way to relish nature then by being surrounded by it! 

This is an opportunity to experience an Equine-Assisted group session, to be in nature and a chance to connect with others and to celebrate communities! We will hold a group demonstration, where people can volunteer to participate and others are welcome to watch by the side. Following the demonstration, we will provide morning-tea and an opportunity to chat and network. Feel free to bring along friends. This event is for people 14 years old and up.

Saturday, 14th October 10am-12pm.
